The Home Building Process starts off with a preconstruction meeting(s). First come in and meet with one of our qualified team members and select a plan that is right for you. High Line prides itself in offering a variety of different house plans or customizing a plan to fit your lifestyle. We will explain the construction process and the necessary steps to start building your new home. Our system is set up so that construction of the home runs efficiently and smoothly.
One of the things that makes us unique is our in house Framing, Stucco & Rock, Paint & Finish Teams. They ensure an overall quality in High Line homes. They also are essential in helping us maintain productivity and project completion in a timely manner. As the home is constructed a variety of inspections are given to insure quality craftsmanship and functionality of the structure. High Line, along with our subcontractors guarantee all work within the home.
Once the home is enclosed the fun begins as you see your home come together with the details you have chosen with the help of our qualified team. High Line homes come with a standard of upgrades including: 2x6 exterior walls, custom cabinets with raised panels and hydraulic drawer guides, base boards, window seals, two-tone paint and much more!
